- Refund & Returns Policy
At Region Auto Sales, Limited, we are committed to providing our customers with reliable vehicles and
a transparent buying experience. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which a
customer may return a purchased vehicle and request a refund or exchange. - Eligibility for Return
• Vehicles may be returned within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
• The vehicle must not exceed 300 additional miles from the time of purchase.
• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when sold, without accidents, modifications,
or damage.
• All original paperwork, keys, and accessories must be returned with the vehicle. - Refunds and Exchanges
• Customers may choose between a refund (subject to a restocking fee) or an exchange for another
vehicle of equal or greater value.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the approved return.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless Region Auto Sales, Limited cannot deliver the purchased
vehicle.
• All refunds will be issued using the original form of payment.
Customer - Responsibilities
• Customers must notify Region Auto Sales, Limited within the 7-day return window to initiate a return.
• Vehicles must not exceed mileage or condition requirements.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable registration fees, taxes, or third-party costs, which are
non-refundable. - Exclusions
The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:
• Vehicles sold ‘as-is’ without warranty.
• Vehicles that have been damaged, altered, or misused after purchase.
• Any situation where the mileage exceeds the 300-mile return limit. - Contact Information
