These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Region Auto Sales, Limited’s website, services, and
vehicle purchases. By engaging with our business, customers agree to comply with the following
policies and obligations.

1.  Vehicle Sales
   • All vehicles are sold in accordance with their listed condition and any disclosed warranties.
   • Vehicles sold ‘as-is’ are not covered under any warranty, and Region Auto Sales, Limited is not
   responsible for post-sale repairs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.  Pricing & Payments
   • Prices are subject to change without notice prior to final sale.
   • Full payment must be received before transfer of vehicle ownership.
   • Deposits are non-refundable unless Region Auto Sales, Limited cannot deliver the vehicle as agreed.
3. Returns & Refunds
   • Customers may return eligible vehicles under our 7-day Refund & Returns Policy.
   • Returns must meet the conditions outlined in that policy.
   • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 business days.
4. Customer Responsibilities
   • Customers must provide accurate information for financing, registration, and communication
   purposes.
   • Customers agree to maintain vehicles responsibly during any return window.
   • Customers are responsible for registering and insuring vehicles after purchase.
5. Privacy & Data Use
   • Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   • Region Auto Sales, Limited will never sell customer data.
   • Information may be shared only with trusted third parties required for transaction completion (e.g.,
   financing institutions, registration authorities).
6. Limitation of Liability
   • Region Auto Sales, Limited is not responsible for damages, losses, or liabilities beyond the scope of
   these Terms & Conditions.
   • Liability, when applicable, is limited to the value of the vehicle purchased.
   • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from vehicle use.
7. Governing Law
   • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
   • Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Broward County, Florida.
8. Updates to Terms
   • Region Auto Sales, Limited reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
   • Customers will be notified of significant changes via our website or direct communication.
